My Knog Plus lights always switched themselves on in my pocket. So I built a magnetic holder that protects the on off switch. Additionally you can mount it to your backpack strap for ease of access.
New version should be printed standing on the bottom without supports. The higher shroud prevents the lights from being accidentaly pushed out. I used epoxy to glue some velrco tape to the back side and attached it to my backpack strap. You can also use self adhesive velcro tape, but mine tended to peel off after some time.
Use epoxy or hot glue to glue two neodym magnet into the pockets. I used 5mm cubic magnets, but anything that fits in there should work. You can also try to just put some nuts into the slots, but the lights won't hold very well. Make sure to test the polarity of the magnets with the lights first or else the lights won't stay in the case.
Print without supports, maybe with a brim.
Update:
There's a new version with a 20mm webbing clip along the back. Print it in PETG or ASA in upright position.
There's also a strap mount version with 20mm webbing hooks. Print it flat on the back and use supports only in the large cavity, not in the slots.
