I have a new dashcam and it is a very close fit to get the SD Card in and out without pulling the unit down from the window. There is enough room, barely, to get the card in and out but not using my fat fingers!
So, I designed this to help me do that and it works well. One end has a single tab which is used to push the card to either remove or seat it. The other end has two tabs which make a slot which will hold the card for insertion.
I have included some photos of it in action but they aren't the best, I had to hold the camera, a light, and the tool to take them but you can get an idea of how it works.
Printed on my Prusa i3Mk3s, PETG, White @ 0.15 layers, 10% infill
Designed on Freecad 0.20 and the design file is included. Adjust the values in the spreadsheet to change most of the parameters.
