I did not have m6 threaded inserts but I had M10 PTFE holders so I threw it in fusion 360 and remixed in some treads.

When threading in the PTFE M10 I suggest using a socket to get them to thread straight when starting them. A wrench tends to have them cross thread. I also had to increase the size of the holes by one size in the enclosure. They may vary a few mm between each one so be aware. Then it threaded through fine.
