This is a hex-styled gear shifter knob for my manual Mustang 2006, and I think it fits a lot of year models around that.

Designed in Fusion 360. Printed on my Ender 3 Pro with 1.75 Inland Rainbow-I filament. I sliced it in Cura with 30% cubic infill, 220°C nozzle temp, and 70°C glass bed temp.
To make it fit more snug, I put 2 layers of blue scotch tape at the smooth bottom part to let the printed screw threads dig into the tape and keep it more secure.
