This is a remix of the stand by Matthew_Ghost.
You can wind the nut the full length of the thread and everything clears. Just.
Will hold any phone landscape or portrait and suits an iPad mini in my test as well.
I printed in PLA, .6 nozzle and .2 layers.
Print the following:
base x 1
arm_l x 1
arm_r x 1
nut x 1
thread x 1
saddle x 2
pin x 2
linkage x 2
An alternate base was added, with a thread piece with a rounded knob.
The nut and arms need support from the baseplate to support the overhang.
Fit together with 2 of M3 x 12mm for the arms and 4 of M3 x 6mm to hold the saddles onto the base.
All in all, this is a really cool phone stand with full credit to the original designer.
