I thightened up the tolerances and renoved the outer part. I also changes the screw setup to M3 nut an bolt.

I changed the part in order no to be visible from below. Therefor I did thighten up the tolerances an removed the outher part. Furthermore I changed the screw set-up to accomodate what i hat at hand. The connector is now fixed by two nuts and bolts in M3. The version is significantly stifer than the original connector leading to better transitions between the individual rail sections.
