The Ikea Elloven monitor stand / drawer is nice and compact, but it tends to slide around - the whole thing sits on a thin sheet metal rim which provides very little friction.
This bracket can be attached to the edge of your desk behind the Elloven and provides two notches into which the frame slides. This prevents sliding back and forth, and side to side, while being very low profile - not really visible from the front, and allows cables to pass through.
