I created these models for display/educational reasons.
The measurements were taken from official e3d sources and/or from measurements I took myself. I simplified some parts to ease printing.
The foldered .stl files are to 100% scale. To ease printing I recommend to scale them up to 200% and print with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.1mm layers. The spring of the revo model is very delicate but can be printed. Here I recommend using a 0.25mm nozzle at 0.1mm layers. I do NOT recommend to use any further support material other than the one I provided since its residue can interfere with the printed threads.
I prepared the two hotends in the cut version a s shown in the picture. These parts require some glue to be assembled. I used clear model builder glue.
To help to distinguish the single components I suggest to use different colored filament.
