Fully workable strong T-nut for e.g. 20x20 extrusion. It contain thread, so easier mount then not threaded one. Thread optimized for 0.15 layer height, do not try different one.
Tested during building custom 3d printer and its frame.
Printing settings are critical
- 0.4 nozzle
- 0.15 layer height
- 5 perimeters to remove infill at all.
Tested with PETG.
Only 2.4 m filament used for 20 peaces.
Update
2023-02-04 Some more adjustments for VSLOT version. Improvement of the first layer and the upper side edge. Some bottom margin to be easy to insert. Now it is perfect as i have vslot piece on hand.
2023-01-24 - Provided second version as my friend inform me that he bought vslot from oryginal v-slot storage and it looks like there are small difference to China version. Outer part is same but inner is a little different. Look on photo with comparision. Old version i have marked as China, new as VSLOT. The Chinese one is a bit taller but narrower.
