This is a simple soap dispenser bottle head with an inner diameter of 6.54mm in OnShape. It fits my bottle perfectly, I don't know if it will fit yours so measure it up before you print! It takes around 39 minutes to print and uses 4 grams of filament. No supports required. Print it with the top of the bottle head lying on the bed. You can edit the file in OnShape to your liking if you want, just make sure that the tube is connected all the way to the middle part if you alter the dimensions:
