I designed this holder for mounting the TP-Link SG105 under my height adjustable desk. I used 2xM3 screws with fitting nut and 2x M3,5x16mm wood screws. I placed the nut inside the Screw-Terminals of the switch and fastend the screws through the mount into the nuts. The screw heads are not visible after mounting the holder to the desk with the wood screws.
Update 1.8.2023:
Added a version with slotted screw holes for (hopefully) being compatible with the SG105E Version (currently not tested!).
