This is a fairly basic design, used to protect the bottom front corners of your Begode EX20S electric unicycle (EUC).

The bottom corners of the aluminum battery cases on the EX20S are relatively exposed, especially on tight trails and on compression of the suspension and/or tire. I designed these corner protectors to protect the cases from scratches and light dings, and they seem to work well when printed from TPU. It's a fairly simple design but fits onto the corner perfectly - there's a small cutout for the bottom edge of the case, which protrudes slightly (~2mm) from the case on the side, but not the front.
To secure, simply use a piece of double sided tape (3M makes some super sticky stuff) on the front and side, after cleaning the case well with alcohol. Heating the tape slightly with a heat gun makes it super sticky, and they won't easily come off even with reasonably heavy use/abuse.
I printed them from TPU, using a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.32mm layer height. Print with 4 or 5 walls and 8-10 bottom/top edges (!) and it will be pretty much solid. There's very little infill at that density, but I did go up to 50% infill which makes the corners nice and stiff. Note that the STL file is for the right side; mirror it in your slicer to print the left side. You'll find that they sit very nicely on the corner before you even apply the double-sided tape. UPDATE: Adding a fun ‘bat’ style corner protector after seeing something similar on a Youtube video. This is still my design, I just copied the idea of the shape from a video I watched.
I understand the EX30 has similar corners on its battery - this design may also work on the EX30. If you'd like to send me one, I can confirm this. ;-)
