Update 14.02.2023
Uploaded my last version of the “stacked” / “topped” props.
I tested them and they are working great!

The small connection between to 2 blades is the weak spot, so pay attention on that part of your print.

Printing them “upside down” is the by far best FDM Print result for me!

Happy printing

Hey,

with all the hype around toroidal props, but the most are only “shifted rings” (the time published) or unprintable on FDM printers, I had to make my own design with actual blade shape on the “front” and “rear” blade.

Both are shaped like a wing!

The Triblade V3  is the “better” version, if you wanna try one, try that one :)
Not that easy to print but with both blades “working” - size is 5".

On the other Versions, the hub is the lowest point, so it is very easy to print it flat on the printbed. To fit your size, simply resize them to your needs!

The STLs are high triangle count exported, so there should even enough resolution to upscale them to super size :) If your PC / slicer has problems with the high count, simplify them, most slicers have this feature build in.

If you are interested in “untested” shapes, please comment, so I see that there is interest and publish them also.

Update 08.02.23 - 17:00:
Also uploaded now CCW props - I thought you just mirror them, but some asked, so here they are.

Thanks for posting your makes and also videos flying it!

Printing them in PETG - gave the best results for me.
PLA exploded on the first punch out :)

happy printing - flying
