I recommend first trying out the original model by JR_Craftworks and if that still feels a bit loose or a bit too tight to close the lid then to give this version ago. I'm sure all bikes and batteries have different tolerances so there are no perfect solutions but this modified profile worked the best for the bike we tested it on.
Supports are not needed and I suggest printing this with increased perimeters and infill to add durability.
