I'am sure I'am not the only one who has a broken one -_- .
Hopefully you can just use the*.stl file.
The* .scad code is an ugly hack I stitched together somewhen in 2010.
It has an optional endorsements on it.
Beware rendering with endorsements takes a hell of a lot time.
With a bit more hacking you can choose from some plane-groups.
Instructions
Now tested:
– the cap needs to be removed (?)
– support material is definitely needed
– use of pliable plastic is preferable
– alternatively increase the overall thickness d1 (?)
