Modded the XY carriages to get them stiffer.
Used M3 brass inserts suggested for Voron printers.

You have to tap the M3 for the old screws and M5 and insert the M3 brass inserts after printing.
I secured the new screws after tension it with blue loctite 243.
The screws where around 20mm long i think.
After all i was able to mill aluminum with it. Good enough to mill parts to mod the machine for ball screws and linear rails X/Y axis.

I suggest to use PLA, ABS or PC for this part. I used ABS and its seems like its good enough for the task. Milled over 10 hours and no issues so far.
