Update:
The original mount makes it very difficult to change the nozzle since the boot (which needs to be removed) collides with the EVA housing and takes real effort to get it on and off.
The new ‘volcano’ style, lowers the takoto by ~6mm which makes it easier to add and remove the boot.
I have also modified the EVA volcano duct by taking 3.5mm off of each side, making room for the chonk.

I printed mine in sunny filaments PC-CF and have had a couple of hundred hours on it with no problems. I can't speak to how it will hold up with ABS/ASA and i wouldn't recomend PETG.
This is for the takoto multimount version and uses 4x M2.5 10 mm SHCS to hold it in place. Due to the high degree of chonk and to make way for the cables there is only room for 2 heat inserts (the normal EVA ones) for the fan but it seems fine so far.
It will not work with the standard fan duct (takoto is too wide), so you'll need a new one. The one i used was made by @KillSwitch10 on the ratrig discord https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1067892004681420870/1068372876429885521
