A clip that can be use to hold rolled up fabric such as a blanket or towel against the head of a drum to prevent overtones and excessive ringing. I have used double-sided hook/eye tape to secure the clips in place. The level of dampening can be adjusted by the choice of fabric and how tight against the head it is placed.
When printed with PTEG the clip is fairly flexible and allows the dampening fabric to be removed and replaced if you have access to the interior of the drum.
