I tested with 3-5mm USB cables at lengths of 3-15ft. The screw holes are 4.2mm (should work for #8 screws), but I attached mine to the wall with Command adhesives.
These are the print settings I used (I imagine PLA with 20-100% infill will work fine):
- ASA
- Layer 0.2
- 20% infill
- Cylindrical modifiers around the cable holder protrusions at 100% infill
- Brim
Bonus: If you put it on its legs, it looks like a space ship.
