This is a capstan gear for a Peg Solitaire-playing delta-robot I've made in collaboration with Online Solitaire and World of Card Games.
There's a lot of calculations behind the dimensioning of this capstan gear. I'd suggest looking through the calculations and tweaking the design based on your own calculations.
