I needed to make a new crosscut sled and thought I’d print the miter slot runners for my SawStop PCS. My printer’s bed didn’t allow for the length I wanted so I had to print it in multiple parts. I made a long and short version so you can mix and match to achieve an acceptable length for the sled you’re making. The ends of the runners have a bevel on the ends to help keep the perfectly strait. I am also adding the Fusion 360 file I created so you can easily customize to your saw’s miter slots. Note that all the parameters can be altered in the “Change Parameters” section.
I printed mine at 0.2 layer height with 5 walls and 20% infill. I also used Bambu Studio’s “Seam Painting” feature to add the seams on the ends as to not increase the width. You may need to lightly sand the sides of the very ends to be inline with the sides. Otherwise they may be too tight until they wear into spec.
I used Voxel PLA Pro and they work great.
