Not having long enough clamps required for my tabletop glue up, I designed these clamp extenders to fit my Jorgensen Parallel clamps. This is a much cheaper alternative to buying them for around $20 a pop, especially when you need a few of them. Below are two different version, one requiring a metal insert, and one that doesn't.

Thank you for supporting my work!
Version 1 (With Metal Insert):
Fasteners needed:
2x (5/16''-18 x 1-¼'') Bolts and accompanying nuts (to attach the clamps to the extender)
6x (6-63 x ¼'') Pan head machine screws (to attach the metal insert to the print)
These extenders utilize two pieces of laser cut .060'' 304 stainless steel which is inlayed into the print. Doing this puts the stress of the clamping on the metal inserts instead of the plastic print. I ordered the laser cut metal from https://sendcutsend.com/ it was around $23 for 14 pieces.
Version 2 (All Plastic):
Fasteners needed:
2x (5/16''-18 x 1-¼'') Bolts and accompanying nuts (to attach the clamps to the extender)
I built my extenders with the metal insert, but did do some brief testing without the insert, and the extenders seemed to hold up just fine without the metal. Its worth a shot trying this version out before ordering the metal inserts, as it may work just fine depending on your use case.
Both Versions:
PLA+
75% infill
.2mm layer height
7 walls
Print standing up tall
Notes:
I have attached the fusion 360 .f3d file so that you can modify the design to make other accessories. One idea I had that could easily be made based on my model is material support brackets to hold the wood off of the clamp bar.
