For both of the identical brackets I own, the bolt on top broke loose and started spinning easily. I designed this replacement part to use the existing hardware, plus a standard 1/4 inch 20 bolt approximately 1/2 inch long.
I printed these with the bolt face down, so the two arms stick up. Surprisingly, it printed well without any supports. It turned out fine with line supports as well. I think I used .15mm layer height, but this shouldn't matter much.
It feels just as sturdy, if not more sturdy than the original. And if this one breaks, I'll just print it again!
