This model's lower part height is either slightly off or the print has warped during printing. If i would be doing this for the second time I would check split this into 4 parts instead of 2 and measure pin distances.
Bottom fan's bottom 2 screws could not be screwed, because I had to loosen screws between parts to compensate for part being too short and to snap them onto back plate.
Putting this here in case someone would like to remix and test a bit more.
Description
Inspired by @jhnphm's NZXT H1 v2 Rear Panel Fan Mod.
This design is a bit slimmer. Also has fans moved a bit to the GPU side for better airflow and cable management.
Printed using 0.6 nozzle with Fiberlogy black PLA, but a wiser choice would be PETG as it wont warp because of heat.
Parts
- 4x M3x4 brass insert
- 4x M3 screw
- 4x M3 nut
- 2x 140mm fans
- 8 fan screws (12 with cover)
- bottom fan cover (optional, but recommended)
Assembly
Attached to case using 4x M3x4 brass inserts with NZXT H1 Pins for m3 screw by Edward Chen.
Two parts are held together with 4x M3 screws and M3 nuts.
Metal panel snaps onto print holding its shape. Had to loosen screws a bit because of warped/too short bottom part.

- Oriented two additional fans to exhaust air
- Oriented AIO fan to intake air
- Moved metal cover from AIO fan to additional bottom fan
