This is a backframe for the old Ender 3… It is just for a stylish appearance, this brace does not really add stiffness to the mechanical frame because its printed out of plastic.
Frame consists of 10 parts which are easily printable. The individual parts are connected with M3 screws and M3 nuts. M5 screws are used to attach the frame to the V-profile on the bottom.
There are 2 versions :
- A “generic” Ender 3 version which should fit to the original structure without any modifications. But keep in mind that there is no more space for the PSU!!!
(The generic version is untested, atleast in CAD everything fits)

2. A version to fit my highly “voron-ized” Ender3. This version is 5mm shorter at the bottom and stands 20mm above the original V-profile due to the Switchwire skirt.
Moreover I left 40mm space for the z-rod aligning blocks at the top.
This version won't fit to the official Voron Switchwire because the gantry position is still at its original place.
