Descpription:
I designed several joints for connecting square tubes and shelves, or to connect with Kallax shelves from Ikea.
There are two types of mounts - straight and for corners. All are attached to the wooden boards with screws. The legs on which the shelves stand must be made of square tube with a diameter of 15 mm and a wall thickness of 1 mm (you can get them in a hobby market). These square tubes are only pushed into the joints. There are no screws attached as they will be held by the weight of the shelves.
There are also two parts - part A and part B for Kallax shelves from Ikea. These allow you to connect homemade shelves to Ikea shelves - just look at my photos and use your imagination for your own solution.
You can download my prepared gcodes for PETG material or *.3mf files or you can use my original *.STEP model for your own custom modifications :).
I recommend this settings for stronger prints:
- at least 3 perimeters
- PETG (is stronger than PLA)
- Infill at least 25 %
