I keep my filament dryer pretty close to my printer enclosure and I didn't like how the intake/exhaust ports would be restricted or how heat would collect there to be wasted.
So I had the idea to port it into my printer chamber so that both the latent heat of the printer bed along with the heat of the dryer could potentially help each other instead of being wasted to atmosphere.
I used heatset inserts but the panel is super thin so simple wood screws or self tappers might have been more appropriate.
Also I had a problem with my print (ironically due to wet filament I think) so there was some first layer warpage, hence why i ended up using hot glue as a sealing interface. I don't think sealant should be necessary if the print goes well.
