A replacement for the ResMed AirSense 10 filter door. This is modeled after the OEM door.
Model has small tolerances, and is intended to be printed on a 4k (or higher resolution) resin printer. Suggest using Anycubic tough resin (or equivalent) as the flexibility will help keep the hinge pegs from breaking during installation.
If using an FDM printer, you may want to scale down by around 2% to compensate for the layer line offset (Unless your printer is well calibrated). You can either use the included 3MF, or you can log in to Onshape and search for "ResMed AirSense 10 Filter Door" to copy and make adjustments.
For FDM I'd suggest PETG or ABS, as the small hinge pegs will probably snap too easily if printed in PLA.
