For those who want easy access to the firmware with an sd-card extension cable.
Quick print, it took me around 10 min @ 0.2mm, 3perimeters (as most walls are 1.2mm).
print upwards for fracture resistance of tiny back clip; built-in support, should easily come off; may need some filing/sanding at the upper snappy thingy (yellow circle).

Crappy hacky FreeCAD included.
Installation:
unskrew display
position on front of display, snap in the back (help it with a tiny screwdriver).
push in SD card extension from the front.
Disclaimer:
It's not perfect, as it needs some help instead of snapping in, but i'm a CAD noob and when I wanted to change it, it broke the rest of the design. Wasn't worth the time and effort to fix it, it doesn't take a lot of work.
