I like the dockable probes for printers but don’t like losing any print space and prefer that when the probe is not in use it is unreachable. I put together a simple servo based dock for the ZeroClick probe as it seemed the smallest and easiest to build for a Voron V0.2.
The dock should work with any V0 style printers with 1515 extrusions mounted in the rear. The dock can slide up and down the extrusion and uses m3 nuts and bolts inserted in the exposed top of the bed rail extrusion, The dock should also work with any MG90 or SG90 servo using one of the included arms pressed into the side of the dock.
Besides a servo this requires one m3 4mm x 5mm heat set insert set into the dock carriage and an m3 bolt with a 10mm wide by 4mm thick bearing (with a 3mm hole) inset into the dock holder.
Relevant configs can be derived from the Euclid or Klicky probes.
Standard Voron print settings work great. Dock might still need some polish but given that it is functional I have other projects to attend to first.
