Tegui doorbell/intercoms are very common in Spain. Over the years the dimensions have changed and old, still functional devices may not fit any currently available mounting boxes. I found myself in this situation recently with a Tegui EGF-30 intercom and single dwelling doorbell which needed a new backbox.
3D design and printing to the rescue!
Designed in Onshape, sliced in Cura and printed in PLA with 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm resolution, 25% infill.
Surface mounted because I couldn't be bothered with cutting the wall to recess mount the box. So it needs painting to protect from UV and moisture absorption, or printing with something more suitable for long term outdoor exposure.
