This is a simple cover and vertical mount/holder for sewing thread snip scissors. My partner used to have them hanging from a hook, but that led to a minor injury when her hand came up into the sharp tips. With a little two-sided tape or a command strip (I used nano-suction tape so they can be repositioned if needed) these mount on the sewing machine or a nearby vertical surface and holds the snips reasonably securely and safely. The various tapered surfaces make it easy to get the snips in without fiddly positioning issues.
I tried a version of these using magnets, but the magnets are too strong and wind up making the user experience rather poor as the blades in the snips are grabbed and tugged about when trying to insert them.

This should be a simple print with no supports needed. Print the part on its back with an 0.2mm layer height. The walls are built up at an angle to prevent bridging in most places, and then there is a rather short gap that will be bridged with standard settings without drooping (in my prints). Even if there is a bit of drooping on your print, it shouldn't be too noticeable as the chamfer tucks it away out of sight.
