Modular cooling system for Neptune 3 Pro - Wasp Fangs Quad 5015 - parts cooling

Parts cooling module of adjustable quiet print system - WASP FANGS QUAD 5015

This is my V3 design of more efficient and quiet cooling system for Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro based on 5015 blowing turbo fans. I named it "Wasp Fangs Quad" for its resulting shape proximity to the head of dangerous but very useful insect - Yellow Jacket Wasp.

Two 5015 turbo fans are wired instead of stock 4010 fans to printhead board, allowing fans speed control from printer console (I'm typically using 50% power). It leads to more quiet printing while still having more efficient cooling comparing to stock system.

I designed side mount to allow vertical adjustment to regulate distance from print bed. Main cool feature of these fangs - ability to open/close horizontally like real insect jaws - it leads to precise redirecting of cooling flows depending on the print strategy. Ducts are narrowing air flow from 5015 fans and also making it wider, so power of flow is not wasted but keeps cooling parts after nozzle is moving away.

Print details:
All components are designed to be minimalistic though strong and easy printable with no support (or minimal 80 degree overhangs support). Printed all parts with 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer and 100mm/s, pausing print manually to switch colors.

- 2x printed ducts, attachable to 5015 fans (no mount needed) - RIGHT side file is included, for printing LEFT one - mirror model in slicer.
- 2x printed side mount 5015 fan, requires 2x M4x30mm bolts and 2x M4 nuts
- 2x 5015 turbo blowing fans
