5.75U spacebar

The Logitech Pro is a wonderful keyboard that is decently priced and beautiful. Unfortunately, in their infinite wisdom, Logitech made the bottom row of the keyboard have irregular sizes. As such, it's extremely difficult or impossible to find replacements for the spacebar. I broke my spacebar and it rendered the whole keyboard broken. I tried my best to replicate the original spacebar so that we Logitech Pro keyboard users can keep our keyboards longer instead of making even more ewaste.

V2

Printed in PETG, this keycap is about 5.6g. It functions like an exact replacement. No supports needed. Once the keycap is printed, snap off the built in supports with a pair of snips. They're about 1.6mm up from the base of the mounts. Sanding the top of the keycap will make it feel better on the fingertip. Keycap is balanced and doesn't come off one side like V1. Mount walls are about 50% thicker than V1, hopefully increasing the strength of the mounts and making them less likely to break.

A high tolerance and low tolerance model is included, however, if you can't get a good fit, you can use the included FCSTD file to adjust the tolerances in FreeCAD or another program that supports FCSTD file format.

Must be printed in 0.2mm layer height for the built in supports to work. PLA and PETG work great. I'm sure ABS/ASA works great too. If using 0.2mm layer height, the supports can snap off at layer 8. Use a pair of snips to snap them off. See last picture.

V1

Printed in PLA, this keycap was 5.4g compared to the stock keycap's 5.2g. It's a bit mushier than the stock spacebar and I think that's because of the irregular surface caused by the supports on the mounts and the additional weight. You may have more luck by playing with your support settings for this print or printing this in ABS.

I would strongly recommend printing V2 instead.

Supports required (for the mounts). 0.2mm Layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle and 2 perimeters gives great results. A little bit of post processing is required, you will probably want to clean up the mounts and maybe smooth the top a bit.
