This is a Ikea Skadis mount for a Denali Screwdriver (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09PFCX8Q1/) which is actually one of my most used tools on my workbench.
The mount uses the T-nut system (https://www.printables.com/model/228663-skadis-t-nuts-mounting-system-for-ikea-skadis-pegb) and will require one M2.5 nut for use. Installation is quite simple- preinstall the T-nut to the alignment guide on the mount (use the small hole for your hex key to go through), push through a Skadis hole and then tighten the T-nut to lock into place. The mount is intended to help align and guide the bitholder on the Denali screwdriver as you drop the tool in, making for quick organization and retrieval.
