I always loved SÄLLSKAPLIG - the “Green Ikea jug” - and was also always bothered by the fact that it comes without a lid, so I decided to design my own.
Print comes in two parts - lid and ring. No hardware required - lid slides into the ring, and ring fits into groove in the jug.
SÄLLSKAPLIG jugs are hand-made, so size may vary. Rings.step contains 11 ring sizes with 0.1 mm step in diameter. The one that fits my specific jug has 43.6mm diameter. Other ones have text on the inside to indicate size relative to my “reference” jug - print the one you need.
Print settings
For material I used PETG.
Ring
0.2mm layer height, 2 wall loops, 25% infill, Support: snug.
With 15% infill it tends to snap. I used Gyroid infill, grid or cubic should also work.
Lid
Print in “normal” orientation. Lip requires support.
0.2mm layer height, 2 wall loops, 15% infill, Support: snug.
Top surface pattern - I used “Octagram spiral”, use same one or whichever you prefer.
