A multi part Gridfinity baseplate that fits the drawers of the wide Ikea Alex unit perfectly. My main focus was to make it fit perfectly without much wiggle room while still being printable on a Prusa MK4 sized bed (25 cm x 21 cm).
Print Instructions
- Print parts A, B and C two times each
- Any basic PLA should work
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- PrusaSlicer speed profile
Note
For parts A and C, the slicer may tell you that they don't fit on the MK4 print bed, even though they should (they max out the 21 cm depth of the bed to the millimeter). At least PrusaSlicer does for me, sometimes. It usually helps to delete the part and place it again.
If for any reason this doesn't work on the second or third try, I also had great success with scaling the parts down by 0.1 mm. They will work just fine mechanically and all Gridfinity bins will fit just fine.
