If buying the hardware kit from Frontline Foam, select the legacy kit for the original 118 Design Files.

Only changes are outwards offsets of areas that required a lot of sanding to install (see images):

The barrel slot has been offset larger by 0.1mm (radius)
The release slot has been offset larger by 0.15mm
The slot in which the trigger ramp sits in (very tip of the trigger part that releases the catch) has been offset larger by .25 on each side.

Slice with 118 design's original recommended settings: 0.2 layer height, 6 perimeters, 100% infill, 5 top and bottom layers, no supports.
If the barrel is still too tight to get in easily, only sand it until it is a tight fit, having to be lightly tapped with an object such as a hammer, or by holding the frame with the barrel semi-inserted and lightly tapping it in against a solid object such as your workbench. If you need to get it out again you can use a slim object such as a smaller aluminum tube to punch it out by tapping it against the rear of the barrel from the back where the pusher (aka rear part) normally is.
Put a dab of super glue on each nut after you insert them as they can easily turn in their place otherwise, meaning you won't be able to undo certain screws as the nuts are inaccessible once assembled.
