I printer the part for 2 40mm fans that are included in standard v-core 3.1 kit. However I did no like they are mounted only on one side, and they were very noisy. I decided to replace them with 2 Noctua 60mm fans I had in my drawer.
You need 4 standoffs, and one plate. Standoffs replace nylon one under the board, so same screws can be used to mount the board to electronics panel.
Additional elements required are 4 M3x10 screws, 4 heat inserts M3x5.7x3.9 (I used ruthex inserts). Fans are mounted by self tapping screws usually bundled with many fans.
To direct air flow even more towards stepsticks, You can use air duct.
