One of my JVC TM-90 PSN video monitors lacked the flap covering the front controls. So I recreated one following the design of the original to the accurately.
The print is divided into the door itself, which is printed lying on the print bed for optimum surface quality, and the closure, which is printed on the side for optimum strength.
The fastener / closure is glued to the back of the door. When printing in PETG, modeling plastic glue is recommended as it melts the parts together and is stronger than conventional CA glue.
