Here's a 6x12 passive wall register I designed and printed while adding some ventilation to the 2nd floor. For a passive register PLA will work fine. If you would like to use this as an active vent register i would suggest using PETG as its more resistant to heat. I didn't need to use the screw holes but I left them there in case others do :)
