An easy to mount, easy to print motion sensor cover for Lutron switches. The open area allows easy access to the dimmer switch and added support to the surrounding areas.
The high hinge with pins allows for the panel to be opened wide, allowing the motion sensor to perform as intended, but when closed, you can enjoy the movie without the lights coming on unexpectedly!
Gcode is oriented and ready to print in PLA.
Mounting screw spacing is 97mm at center.
The needed pins are in a second print and require brims. Depending on printer tolerances, may need to scale down 1-2% for the pins if the first time they are too snug to pass though. (they may need a few firm taps to get them seated)
UPDATE: Added longer pins for the model and a top occlusion portion to the occupancy sensor cover for better light coverage.
