Designed for two 8.5" (216 mm) long, 3/8" (9.6 mm) diameter ceramic knife sharpening rods. Arkansas Sharpeners is the brand of rod I am using. The 15° and 20° sharpening angles are “half-angles." For example, each side of the blade is sharpened to 20° (vs. the vertical) making the total blade angle 40°.

The hole to secure the door to the base is designed for a #8 wood screw (0.164" or 4.2mm major diameter), 1.25" (31.7mm) long. At least 8 mm of the screw need to be thread-less to allow the door to rotate. If you don't have this type of screw, you can file/grind down the threads.

I was able to print this without supports, but I had to increase the external perimeter extrusion width by ~50% above the default (higher width allows for steeper overhangs) and use variable layer height with 0.10-0.15mm layer height at the top of the storage holes. The 3MF file contains the embossed text used to label the two pairs of holes. PrusaSlicer is no longer letting me export an STL with negative text modifiers.
