This model is a remix from the Voron Design Switchwire spool holder. Thanks Voron Design!
The only change I made on the Voron Switchwire Spool Holder Base was to the mounting holes, it now mounts in the stock mount holes the FLSUN Super Racer. The other file is provided so that you don't have to download it here: https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Switchwire/blob/master/STL/spool_holder.stl
I have multiple Vorons and really like the use of the PTFE tube as the bearing, it keeps the spools quiet as they rotate and does not let the spool unwind like a bearing spool holder I tried.
I printed this with the standard Voron printed parts recommended settings.
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced
- Infill percentage: 40%
- Infill type: grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic
- Wall count: 4
- Solid top/bottom layers: 5
- Supports: NONE
