Print each file, the assembly is really easy and quick, place the support on the base and then on top of the support place the stand.
I'm using it for an Iphone 14 so it should be able to hold almost any phone at normal scale, I'm using it to play N64 games on the new released Delta Emulator on IOS with joycons connected.
I printed it with white PLA at 200°C and you should do fine with .28mm layer height.
