Needed a stand at my desk for work so i created this. Four sizes for a desk stand utilizing DIN rails. Easy print just requiring printing of two equal parts, and using DIN rails of your required length to piece it all together. Strong parts, able to hold heavy components.
Hardware required:
- M5 Bolts (10-15mm length is fine)
- M5 Nuts (the holes self tap, but can be used for extra strengt)
- Standard DIN rails
Four versions (Width x Height) see attached drawing:
- Xtra Small: Suitable for prusa mini or bambu A1 mini (180mmx150mm)
- Small: Suitable for Ender 3 or similar (200mmx170mm)
- Medium: Suitable for Ender 3 or similar (220mmx188mm)
- Large: Suitable for BambuLab X1, P1, A1 (251mmx215mm) This is the one printed in the picture with components. It also has some cable management built in.
Print settings recommended:
- 20% infill (if you have heavy components)
- 4 wall loops
- Layer height used is 0.20mm, but larger should be no problem
