While installing a lack floating shelf I realized that I had a gap behind the shelf which was noticeable.
Surely its the shelf right? Nope definitely the wall.
I don't own a coping saw or the like and instead of fixing the problem and fitting the shelf to the wall I made simple covers that will mask the gap in the shelves. I hope its helpful.
If you aren't happy with a friction fit, I have also included a design with a countersunk screw hole (unpictured but downloadable). Cheers!
