tl;dr - use this altered BSPT(British Standard Pipe Thread) to design openings to accept a PC4M10 connector with threads that correctly accept said PC4M10 connector, seat correctly and don't cross-thread a few threads in and cut their own like a straight M10x1mm thread results in.
A lot of trial and error went in to getting this correct. :)
Both STL and STEP are included for your use.
Please test with your connector using the pc4_m10_threaded_opening.stl printed at .15 layer height with random seam if possible. Aligned seam can add some tension with a uniform line. Your PC4M10 connector should turn in effortlessly, by hand, until the tapers fully meet at which point a full turn or so will secure the connector in place. A dialed extrusion multiplier is helpful for a good fit as well.

This model for download is an altered threaded section from a McMaster Carr 1/8" BSPT NPT( British Standard Pipe Thread National Pipe Tapered Thread) piece to use in your designs as a female threaded section for use with PC4M10 connectors. Use this STEP as a cut-out as it's scaled for a female threaded section to accept a PC4M10 connector.
The McMaster Carr STEP model has been altered, using the following scale parameters below in Fusion360, to enable full seating of the PC4M10 hardware securely and pulls on all threads equally:
x axies: -5% (tightened so connector doesn't bottom out)
y axies: -5% (tightened so connector doesn't bottom out)
z axies: +2% (made taller to center threads)
Many designs out there use an M10, metric 10mm thread to match the connector name, but this M10 straight thread is not tapered nor does it use the correct thread count/pitch as the PC4M10 connector. M10 is a bit of a misnomer. Your connectors will slightly align with the first few threads(see pic) of a straight threaded M10 opening and then just cross-cut into the remainder of the threads. They will purchase/grip, but if you remove your connector, you will see a few threads chewed up. Using this altered BSPT model, you won't see this. See image which shows taper. There are many discussions about this thread spec out there.
