These nuts were used in Hobie 16s and 14s until the mid-1980s. They were replaced by stainless steel nylocks (part #8050310), but still work pretty well. This design uses ANSI #5/16-18 threads. After printing, I ran the nut up and down a screw a couple times to clean up the threads. PETG or PA is recommended. Avoid PLA and ABS-- they degrade quickly in a marine environment.
