I got myself a cheap DT3 USB cable continuity tester PCB on AliExpress without an injection molded case. I did not like the rough outer edges of the PCB so I designed a minimal viable slide on cover for the backside of the PCB.
I printed it with supports under the sliding lock tabs, but depending on your 3D printer performance it might work without supports.
